On successful completion of this unit, the student will be able to:
Critically analyse and review a particular area of the discipline of Ministry at considerable researched depth that is agreed upon in conjunction with a member of faculty;
Demonstrate particular skills relevant to an area of study researched in the discipline of Ministry
Develop and demonstrate skills in the area of bibliography and complete an Annotated Bibliography related to the area of study under consideration
Construct and produce a research question or topic and related study plan
This will be established and checked and approved through the normal College processes. The detailed shaping of the unit will be based on discussion and planning between the students and the faculty member appointed as their research project supervisor.
The teaching method is supervision and support of the student who drives the research and shapes method the of the project in consultation with the appointed supervisor.
